What is covered under your insurance?
Our cars are fully insured within the territory of European Union;
assistant services are also covered in our insurance and valid throughout European Union.
Can I travel outside of Slovakia with your car?
Yes, it is possible to travel to all of the European Union member states without any restrictions;
it is not permitted to take the cars to states of the former Soviet Union though.
Are your cars secured against robbery and theft?
Yes; we do everything to minimalize the risk of robbery or theft. Our cars are
equiped with mechanical and/or electronical protection systems and sophisticated alarm.
Do you offer extra insurance?
Yes – for a minor fee you are protected against virtually all events of robbery, theft, road accidents etc.,
except cases of bad handling. The cost of extra insurance is as follows:
Suzuki Ignis: 5 euro/a day
Skoda Fabia Classic: 5 euro/a day Skoda Fabia Combi: 6 euro/a day Skoda Octavia: 8 euro/a day
How does your mobile phone rental work?
We offer mobile phones with slovak SIM cards that allow you to save significant amount of money when making
calls to slovak telephone numbers. You pay only for the calls carried out, the mobile phones themselves are provided at no charge.
Do you provide childseats?
Yes; we offer childseats free of charge on request.
Are your cars approprietly equiped during winter time?
Yes; throughout winter time (from 1.11 to 1.4) our cars wear winter tyres and are equiped with antifreezing screen wash and mechanical tools
to remove icing and snow. We offer snow chains free of charge on demand only.
